During this very concerning time we thought it best that we update you on our current delivery processes. In order to comply with the government's social distancing rules we are only allowing one person into our dispatching area at a time and one person into our site maintenance area. During the COVID-19 outbreak we have changed our collection terms with Royal Mail so that we can all spend as much time at home as possible so all our deliveries will leave us at 12.30pm rather than late afternoon. Partially due to this and so that too many of our parcels aren't in Royal Mail's distribution system at any time in case of any suspension of mail we have decided to upgrade all standard delivery orders, at our own cost, to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for the duration of the COVID-19 restrictions. Please be assured that our normal high standards of cleaning and hygiene are being strictly adhered to at this time.
For all deliveries, if you have requested that an item be personalised in any way then you're order will be dispatched the next day rather than the same day.
UK standard shipping is free for all orders over £65.00. For all orders under £65.00, our standard delivery charge of £4.99 per transaction is applicable and will be added when you are completing your transaction.
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail and we will do our utmost to dispatch all orders on the same day that the order was placed and in any case will be dispatched within 24 hours, provided that the order was placed during working hours and on a working day as specified by Royal Mail. Any orders that are placed after working hours will be dispatched on the next working day as specified by Royal Mail. Please note that during particularly busy times of the year it may not be possible to dispatch all orders on the same working day but we will try our utmost to dispatch all orders as we have outlined above.
A signature will be required when your package is delivered.

European and Rest of the World Deliveries
All European and Rest of the World Deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail either with their 'International Tracked and Signed' service which is available to 53 countries or if your country is not on of the 53 available within this service then their 'International Signed' service which is available to 180 countries. A signature will be required when you receive any delivery. All Western Europe deliveries should take 3-5 working days form the date of dispatch and all other deliveries should take 5-7 days from date of dispatch.
At excell-sports.com, we hope that you will find the right products that you are looking for but we are happy to accept returns of any goods purchased for up to a maximum of 28 days of your order being delivered providing the goods that are being returned are in the condition that you received them in, this includes any returned items being unworn, unwashed, complete with all tags, labelling and packaging including boxes intact and in a resalable condition. Please be ware that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods when they are in your possession and if any goods that you are looking to return fail to meet any of these requirements then we cannot accept your return. Once we receive the goods and process them, providing that all of the above are adhered to, you will be entitled to an exchange or a refund for the goods, we will only refund up to the standard UK delivery rate of £4.99 if there was a delivery charge on your original transaction even if you selected a more expensive option. We are not able to reimburse you for any return postage fees that you may have to pay to send the goods back to us unless in circumstances where we consider ourselves to be at fault. If you require an exchange of the goods, we may ask you to pay for any delivery charges that are required to send the exchanged goods to yourself. We aim to pay any refunds as quickly as possible using the same method as you originally paid for the goods and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

Please note that this policy refers to items purchased from the excell-sports.com website and does not refer to any purchases made from our retail shops, return information for goods purchased in our retail shops can be found on your receipt or will be pointed out to you by a member of staff at the point of sale if special return measures or restrictions relate to the goods that you are purchasing.
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen to your goods when they are in transit being returned, until they arrive with us, this includes damage to the package or the goods inside or the package going missing. Therefore, we strongly advise that you ensure that all items that are being returned are well packaged so that they are not damaged in transit and that you also utilise an insured delivery service. As advised above, we do not offer to return goods free of charge therefore you must cover the cost of returning the goods unless we deem that we are at fault (e.g. if you have been sent the incorrect item).
If the item that you are returning comes in a box (e.g. footwear, fitness equipment), please ensure that the box itself is covered in at least 1 layer of packaging as the box itself is part of the product and any damage to the box will be considered as damage to the goods and may result in any returns being refused.
A returns form should have been in your initial package but if it was not or it has gone missing then the same form can be found on our website or is available by e-mailing email@example.com, please fill this in to the best of your ability and enclose it in the package that is being returned so that we can process your return, any packages returned without this form ill result in a considerable delay and may lead to returns/refunds being refused if we cannot identify all relevant parts of the return and initial transaction.
At excell-sports.com, we aim to supply top quality items at all times. However, if you have purchased an item from us that you deem to be faulty at a reasonable point throughout the life of the item then please return it to us for us to inspect it and if we agree with you that the item is indeed faulty then we will issue an exchange or refund. An exchange may not always be possible if we no longer have stock of the item that you are returning in the relevant size. We do ask that any goods that you deem to be faulty are clean before you send them back to us as this will make handling and inspecting them a lot easier, if we receive returned goods that are not in a clean condition then we reserve the right to send these back to you without refunding.
We cannot accept returns of any personalised items and some items such as underwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
If you are returning goods from outside of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, then please clearly mark on all packages 'RETURNING GOODS TO COUNTRY OF ORIGIN' to prevent delays and avoid charges at relevant customs authorities. Please also point this out to the courier that you are using to return the package as they may have some supplementary paperwork for you to fill out. We at excell-sports.com are not responsible for any return custom charges that may have to be paid.
