Please be aware that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods when they are in our possession and if any goods that you are looking to return fail to meet any of these requirements then we cannot accept your return.
If you would like to return an item, please first send us a message through eBay or an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond with the return address and an identifying number for you to enclose with the returned product. When we receive your returns they will be checked by a member of our team to ensure that they meet our returns policy. Please be aware that we do not offer to pay any return postage fees and cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen to your goods when they are in transit being returned, until they arrive with us, this includes damage to the package or the goods inside or the package going missing. Therefore, we strongly advise that you ensure that all items that are being returned are well packaged so that they are not damaged in transit and that you also utilise an insured delivery service. As advised above, we do not offer to return goods free of charge therefore you must cover the cost of returning the goods unless we deem that we are at fault, (e.g. if you have been sent the incorrect item).
If the item that you are returning comes in a box (e.g. footwear, fitness equipment), please ensure the box itself is covered in at least 1 layer of packaging as the box itself is part of the product and any damage to the box will be considered as damage to the goods and may result in any returns being refused.
To enable us to get your order to you as quickly as possible, payment is required at the time of purchase. Your item will be reserved for you and your order confirmed only when payment is received. If payment is not received at the time of purchase then the item(s) will remain available to others to purchase until payment is received and therefore may be sold to someone else in the meantime.
